Starmax Gaffney Announces True Flex Time Scheduling!
Part time workers at Starmax Gaffney are offered a
true flex-time schedule. Each week, employees fill
out "bid sheets" requesting their desired work
schedule for the upcoming week. Schedules can change
weekly at the employee's discretion. Management
schedules employees based on tenure, employee
experience, and their ability to provide top flight
customer service. Employees work between a minimum
of 32 hours per month to a maximum of 160+ hours per
month based totally on their individual requirements
for both time and compensation.
Both Full and Flex Time Employees receive benefits!
