Projectionist:
Runs movies, maintains projection and sound equipment, builds and break down movie reels, maintain all studio trailers and movie promotions, maintain lighted display cases, build and maintain pre-show materials, manage light levels and sound levels in all theaters

Assistant Projectionist:
Runs movies, assists Projectionist, manage light and sound in theaters, work with advertisers to build on-screen commercials

Lead Ticket Agent:
Manage the theater ticketing process, staffing of ticket counter and ticket taking station, cash till management, provide temporary support/relief at all stations

Ticket Sellers:
Sell theater tickets, manage cash till, understands POS and ticket printing equipment, provide courteous help to customers at all times

Ticket Taker:
Provide a pleasant welcome to all movie attendees, tears tickets and directs patrons to proper theater, maintain discipline in the theater hallway, keep people from switching theaters, manage proper food and drink going into each theater

Ushers / Cleaners:
Helps visitors fill the theaters, manage seating in theaters during heavy movie times, monitor activity within theater during the movie presentation, clean theater after every show

Bowling Area

Mechanic:
Maintain all bowling equipment, maintain scoring equipment, support bowling scoring system, perform routine lane maintenance, supports maintenance requests throughout the StarPlex building

Desk Lead:
Work the bowling desk, support league play, mastery of Electronic Scoring System, train others for scoring system/league maintenance and shoe rental, maintain a clean and organized bowling desk, POS food entry capability, cash management of Bowling Till

Desk Help:
Customer Service for bowling area, shoe rental, electronic Scoring, some pin chasing, modest customer food delivery

Pin Chaser:
Support Shoe Rental during busy times, keeps lanes and pinsetters operating properly, assist bowling desk as required

Arcade Area

Arcade Lead:
Strong Customer Service to arcade patrons, keep arcade games running properly, fixes machine jams, replenish redemption tickets, keep games clean, help with arcade based parties, work redemption counter, keep redemption items attractive and inviting

Arcade Help:
Keep arcade games working properly, help ticket redemption, replenish tokens, tickets and prizes as required, supervise activity in redemption arcade, light cleaning in both arcades

Restaurant/Bar

Kitchen Lead:
Manages all food production, cooks during peak hours, maintains adequate levels of food in prep areas and coolers, provides quality control, cooks and trains as required

Cooks:
Cook food to pre-set specifications, maintain a clean and appetizing environment, restock food and prep areas as required, end of shift clean-up as required

Servers:
Take food and drink orders in sports bar and bowling area, recommend foods to promote specials and popular items, enter orders in POS system, deliver food to proper tables, clean up tables / bus after visitors finish, present customer ticket and cash out customer payments, monitor and maintain customer satisfaction

Concession Leads:
Manage Work flow behind the concession counter, assist with customer service, manage POS entry and all concession tills, restock concession area, interface with kitchen for concession counter food, deliver food when required, train new concession workers.

General Concession:
Provides a pleasant welcome to all movie attendees, take and fill concession orders (popcorn/candy/drinks), use POS for order entry and cash management, assist party needs as required

Bar Leads:
Open and close bar, manage and maintain liquor/wine and beer, support bar tenders, cash management for all bar tills, train bar tenders, inventory management, general mixology, refunds and adjustments to POS entry, sports bar screen and arcade management

Bartenders:
Tend bar, ensure customer satisfaction, take cash and credit payments, support servers with non-alcoholic drinks, maintain a clean environment

Security:
Maintain a safe environment for all customers, keep teens well behaved and orderly, assure movie theater patrons are quiet for the enjoyment of everyone, assist with cash management when required, parking lot safety, assist with building checks and lock-up.
